The penthouses from Caños de Meca (Áticos) involve a prvileged site from the Costa de la Luz where you will be able to enjoy its wonderful views from the sea, the beautiful Natural Park of La Breña and the large area of pine woods.
These "áticos" are fully equipped and can hold up to 4 adults and one child, including two bedrooms and one comfortable sofa bed.
All of them consist of living/dining room with TV, satellite TV, bathroom and WC, American kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and household goods... microwave oven, mixer, coffee-maker, toaster, squeezer...
They also have a great terrace and a wonderful solarium of 70 m overlooking the mountains and sea.
This is located in one of the best tourist complex from Caños de Meca. Their facilities include a swimming pool, parking, bar-restaurant, open air terrace, supermarket, bakery, reception and large areas with gardens in the common spaces.
MINIMUM STAY: 7 DAYS, FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. OBLIGATORY.
DATES OF BOOKING DURING HIGH SEASON:
JULY: from 15th to 22nd and from 22nd to 29th.
AUGUST: from 29th July to 5th August, from 5th to 12th, from 12th to 19th and from 19th to 26th.
SEPTEMBER: from 26th August to 2nd September, from 2nd to 9th and from 9th to 16th.
REST OF SEASONS: MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS. LOWER STAYS AFTER REQUEST AND WITH EXTRA FEE OF SHORT STAY:
2 NIGHTS: 12,00 EURO/DAY,
1 NIGHT: 24,00 EURO/DAY.
-Cleaning service and change of towels and sheets once in a week.
-Swimming pool opens from 15th April to 15th October.
-Parking space: 6 euro/day. Payment in situ. Depending on availability.
-Additional person: 6 euro/day. |
